(Prague, 24 March 2023) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA) has evaluated an inspection action focused on electrical and electronic equipment, specifically on computer components that are widely used. It inspected 20 computer components in 2022 and found deficiencies in 6 products. One PCI card, a FireWare brand, contained an above-limit level of lead and was reported to the European Safety Gate database of dangerous products.
