Extraordinary inspection in Hořice and Lázně Bělohrad

(Hradec Králové, December 19, 2017) A large extraordinary inspection was carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority to see if vendors comply with law in the retail network – at public alimentation facilities and at filling stations – in the towns of Hořice and Lázně Bělohrad. Law was violated in almost half of 30 inspected workplaces.

Ordinary presentation sales events vanish, replaced by online sale

Principles of fairness often breached within buy-out of secondary raw material

(Prague, December 7, 2017) Within its inspection activities, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority focuses on compliance with legal regulations regulating buy-out of secondary raw materials. In the period from August 10 to September 30, 2017, it carried out 84 inspections on the whole territory of the Czech Republic and detected violations of law in almost 50% of cases. Vendors most frequently didn’t provide information about the buy-out prices, didn’t comply with fairness of sale and didn’t use certified measuring instruments.

(Praha, December 4, 2017) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority continuously monitors toys in the market in order to prevent safety risks to children. Its officers found out that a toy is offered despite it contains excessive content of harmful substances. It is an inflatable hammer „Nafukovací kladivo - DOIPHIN“.
