In case of discounted goods, consumers don’t foresee that traders could use any unfair commercial practice or would mean to harm them. (Monitoring of fuels quality in July 2016)(Praha, August 25, 2016) Monthly monitoring of fuels quality at filling stations on the territory of the Czech Republic belong among regular inspection activities of the CTIA. In July, sampled fuels met all the determined quality requirements and were without defects. There was an improvement by 3% when compared with June 2016. (Prague, August 17, 2016) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority discovered that a toy, a rattle, is offered in the retail market and can pose serious health risk to children under 3 years. The hazard is that within a common and usual way of use the toy can break and small parts can be released – a child could swallow or inhale them.
