(Prague, September 9, 2014) One consumer realised how important it is to keep bills of purchase at the cash desk and to check them, too. She notified the Czech Trade Inspection Authority that a chain store billed her a deposit for a bottle which they subsequently don’t buy back. Based on this submission inspectors of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority inspected the situation in two premises of the chain store. The complete press release is available in the attachment.
