(Monitoring of fuels quality - October 2015) (Prague, November 23, 2015) During several past months the number of detected poor quality fuel samples was low and the same situation was in October when deviations were discovered concerning only two samples. One automotive petrol sample failed the quality parameter “octane number” and an inspected diesel fuel sample didn’t reach the minimum value concerning flash point. (Hradec Králové, November 13, 2015) On November 4, not only officers of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, but also employees of customs office, veterinary administration and local office of the Czech Metrological Institute participated in an inspection action of the CTIA in Hlinsko v Čechách. (Prague, November 9, 2015) Flight attendants continue striking and Lufthansa may cancel its flights in the upcoming days as it has done since Friday. The strike would have an impact on more passengers than expected.
